Abstract:
Disclosed are an amplifier of a terahertz band, a method for designing same, and a radiator with same. According to one embodiment disclosed herein, the amplifier of a terahertz band comprises: a transistor; an input transmission line connected to a gate of the transistor; an output transmission line connected to a drain of the transistor; a feedback transmission line having one end connected to the input transmission line and the other end connected to the output transmission line; a first matching transmission line having one end connected to the input transmission line; and a second matching transmission line having one end connected to the output transmission line.
