Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to enable the amounts of currents output on the source side and the sink side of a power amplifier to be easily adjusted. An amplifier is provided with: an amplification circuit for amplifying an input signal and outputting a first output signal; and an output circuit comprising a source output path for outputting a second output signal obtained by amplifying the first output signal to the power supply side, and a sink output path for outputting a third output signal obtained by amplifying the first output signal to the ground side, wherein the sink output path comprises a first transistor that outputs a current corresponding to the first output signal, a second transistor that is provided on the power supply side of the first transistor and is diode-connected, a third transistor that is current-mirror-connected to the second transistor, a fourth transistor that is provided on the ground side of the third transistor and is diode-connected, a fifth transistor that is current-mirror-connected to the fourth transistor and outputs the third output signal, and a first resistor that is provided between the bases of the first and fourth transistors.
