Abstract:

[PROBLEMS] To provide, for example, a pulse input type power amplifying unit that can be operated at low voltage and low power, effectively inhibiting any generation of harmonic component. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The amplifying unit is provided with at least two amplification circuits, the one and the other amplification circuits (11,12), composed of multiple amplifiers having output sides thereof connected to each other, operated at the same frequency. The multiple amplifiers constructing the one amplification circuit (12) are built up of first inverting amplifier (M11) inputted with reference pulse (23) and amplifying the same and inverting amplifier (M12) inputted with inverted pulse (22) resulting from phase shifting and inversion of the reference pulse (23). The other amplification circuit (11) is built up of inverting amplifier (M13) and first inverting amplifier (M14) commonly inputted with other wide pulse (21) with a width greater than that of the reference pulse (23).
