Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are an amplitude modulation-phase modulation compensation circuit, a radio frequency power amplifier and a device. The compensation circuit comprises a detection circuit, a reconfigurable current-controlled voltage source circuit and a phase-shift circuit, wherein the detection circuit is used for detecting the power of an input signal, and outputting a control current according to the power of the input signal when the power of the input signal is greater than a preset power threshold value; the reconfigurable current-controlled voltage source circuit is used for generating a bias voltage according to the control current; and the phase-shift circuit is used for compensating for an amplitude modulation-phase modulation (AM-PM) distortion of a radio frequency power amplifier according to the bias voltage. Therefore, by means of the compensation circuit, an AM-PM distortion of a radio frequency power amplifier is compensated for according to the power of an input signal when the power of the input signal is greater than a preset power threshold value, thereby reducing an AM-PM distortion generated when a signal is amplified, and improving the signal quality and the ACLR performance of the radio frequency power amplifier; and the circuit is simple and can be easily integrated.
