Abstract:
The present invention relates to an ampoule for implant storage and, more specifically, to an ampoule for implant storage having a bi-directional humidity maintenance function, in which, by suppressing excessive supply of moisture from a hydrophilic carrier inside the ampoule to the surface of the implant, a phenomenon such as dropping of a coating solution due to external impact can be improved. The ampoule for implant storage having a bi-directional humidity maintenance function, according to the present invention, comprises an ampoule container and a separator mounted inside the ampoule container. The separator separates the inside of the ampoule container into a first space and a second space, and at least one through hole is formed, which allows for movement of moisture between the first space and the second space. The implant is accommodated in the first space, and a hydrophilic coating layer is formed on at least a portion of the surface. The hydrophilic carrier is accommodated in the second space to supply moisture to the hydrophilic coating layer formed on the surface of the implant. One or more organic zwitterion buffer materials having a sulfonic acid group are included in the hydrophilic coating layer on the surface of the implant and the hydrophilic carrier, so that water balance is maintained between the hydrophilic coating layer on the surface of the implant and the hydrophilic carrier.
