Abstract:
Disclosed is an amusement apparatus that allows simulated water play experiences. An amusement apparatus (100) comprises a mirror (120) that is positioned upon a bathtub (110), support bodies (125), lighting members (129), a half mirror (128), a transparent waterproof sheet (130), a waterproofing mechanism (145), and an intake port (146). The support bodies (125) and the lighting members (129) are positioned above the mirror (120), and the half mirror (128) is supported by the support bodies (125) and positioned watertightly with respect to the interior walls of the bathtub (110). The transparent waterproof sheet (130) covers the open upper portion of the bathtub (110), and the transparent waterproof sheet (130) is affixed watertightly to the bathtub (110) by the waterproofing mechanism (145). The amusement apparatus (110) further comprises an intake port (146) that allows intake of fluids between the half mirror (128) and the transparent waterproof sheet (130), and the region between the half mirror (128) and the mirror (120) is illuminated by the lighting members (129), generating repeated reflections of light within the region thereupon.
