Abstract:
Provided is a cleaning agent composition incorporated with α-amylase, which exhibits high specific activity at low temperatures. The cleaning agent composition, according to the present invention, contains one or more types of proteins selected from (A), (B), (C), and (D) below: (A) a protein that comprises an amino acid sequence having at least 90% identity with the amino acid sequence represented by sequence number 2, and that has α-amylase activity; (B) a protein that comprises an amino acid sequence having at least 90% identity with the amino acid sequence represented by sequence number 4, and that has α-amylase activity; (C) a protein that comprises an amino acid sequence having at least 90% identity with the amino acid sequence represented by sequence number 6, and that has α-amylase activity; (D) a protein that comprises an amino acid sequence having at least 90% identity with the amino acid sequence represented by sequence number 8, and that has α-amylase activity.
