Abstract:
This analog-digital converter is provided with a loop filter, a quantization circuit unit for converting the output of the loop filter into a digital value, and a current steering digital-analog conversion unit provided in a loop for feeding the output of the quantization circuit unit back to the loop filter. The analog-digital converter includes a first input signal current path for passing a first input signal current through an input terminal of a first-stage integrator of the loop filter, a second input signal current path for passing a second input signal current having a sign opposite to that of the first input signal current through an input terminal of a second-stage integrator of the loop filter, a first feedback current path connecting one feedback output terminal of the digital-analog conversion unit to the input terminal of the first-stage integrator of the loop filter, and a second feedback current path connecting the other feedback output terminal of the digital-analog conversion unit to the input terminal of the second-stage integrator of the loop filter.
