Abstract:
This analysis apparatus has a plurality of liquid chromatographs whereby separation performance, etc., is determined at an appropriate timing and analysis performance can be enhanced in an early stage. Analysis is started, a non-retained component is added to a sample to be measured to prepare a mixed sample, and the mixed sample is introduced to an analysis flow channel (S401-S404). The mixed sample is separated into components by a separation column, chromatogram data are outputted by a detector, and analysis is ended (S404-S406). A retention time and peak information are acquired from the chromatogram outputted from the detector, a determination is made as to whether the measurement result is within an allowed range, and a transition is made to the next analysis when the measurement result is within the allowed range (S407-S409). When the separation performance is outside the allowed range in step S408, the amount of shift in the transit time t0 of the non-retained component from an allowed value is confirmed, and an instruction to replace the separation column outputted to an output unit when the amount of fluctuation of the transit time t0 is within an allowed range (S410, S411). When the amount of fluctuation is outside the allowed range in step S410, an instruction to perform maintenance of the apparatus is outputted to the output unit (S412).
