Abstract:

Provided are a miniaturizable tool making it possible to analyze a target in a sample with a simple operation, and an analysis method using same. This analysis cell is characterized by comprising a main substrate, a cover member for an inlet for a sample, and a cover member for an exhaust port, and in that: the main substrate has a flow path and has the inlet and the exhaust port, for the sample, that communicate with the exterior; the inlet communicates with an upstream end of the flow path; the exhaust port communicates with a downstream end of the flow path; the flow path has a shape that widens from an upstream side thereof toward a downstream side thereof; the cover member for the inlet is a liquid-tight member and can be fixed to the inlet during use; and the cover member for the exhaust port is a liquid-tight and gas-permeable member, and can be fixed to the exhaust port during use.
