Abstract:

When an analysis is completed by an analysis device GC/MS (11) and a file containing the data obtained by the analysis is created by an analysis data file creation unit (13), a file transfer processing unit (14) transfers the file via the Intranet (4) to a WEB server (2). A file transfer processing unit (22) converts the received data into a format which can be placed on a WEB page, stores it in a storage unit (21), and reports a link destination address for reading it out, to an analysis unit (1). An e-mail creation processing unit (15) creates an e-mail containing the link destination address in the text and sends it to a preset mail address. A user receives and opens the e-mail by a mailer (31) of a client terminal (3) and clicks a link destination address corresponding to desired analysis data. In response to this, the WEB server (2) sends corresponding data to the terminal (3) and the analysis data can be read by the WEB browser (32).
