Abstract:
Provided is an analysis device for which unintended detachment of a separation column can be suppressed. In the present invention, a liquid chromatograph (100) comprises: a plurality of separation columns (115, 116, 117) that are connected in parallel and are detachable; a plurality of analysis flow channels (120, 121, 122, 123, 124, 125) that are respectively connected to the plurality of separation columns (115, 116, 117) and that respectively circulate samples to the separation columns (115, 116, 117); a lock mechanism (200) that restricts detachment of the separation columns (116, 117) other than the separation column (115) which is to be detached; and a control device (101) for controlling the lock mechanism (200).
