Abstract:
This analysis device comprises: an ionization unit for ionizing a carrier gas introduced into a separation column; a mass separation unit for subjecting the ions generated by the ionization unit to mass separation; a detection unit for detecting the ions subjected to mass separation by the mass separation unit with amplification by a prescribed multiplication factor and outputting a detection signal; an analysis unit for analyzing the detection signal output by the detection unit; and an adjustment unit for adjusting the multiplication factor of the detection unit and/or the voltage applied to the electrodes of an ion transport system of the mass separation unit on the basis of the detection signal detected by the detection unit and corresponding to the carrier gas.
