Abstract:
[Problem] To reduce the number of specimens requiring retesting in urinalysis.
[Solution] If the analysis result of at least one type of physical component is outside a standard range, the analysis device displays an image of the specimen at the request of a user. The user of the analysis device looks at the image to assess whether the sample needs to be retested. If the user assesses, by checking the image, that the sample does not need to be retested, the user inputs information to this effect into the analysis device. When the information has been input, the analysis device outputs the analysis result based on the image of the sample as the physical component analysis result.
