Abstract:
In order to suppress an amount of combustion of a sample in a low temperature region while enabling combustion of the sample to be promoted in a high temperature region, this analysis device is provided with: an electric furnace 3 into which a container 2 accommodating a sample W is introduced; a gas analyzer 4 for analyzing gas generated from the sample W that has been heated and burnt in the electric furnace 3; a mixed gas supply passage L6 for supplying a mixed gas, obtained by mixing a dilution gas into a combustion supporting gas that promotes combustion of the sample W, into the electric furnace; and a concentration changing mechanism 7 for changing the concentration of the combustion supporting gas in the mixed gas.
