Title:
ANALYSIS DEVICE AND ANALYSIS METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/235283
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In analysis methods and analysis devices for identifying light emitted by multiple types of fluorescent bodies from a plurality of light emission points by detecting florescent light from each light emission point at each of a plurality of wavelength bands, spatial crosstalk and spectral crosstalk exist between signal intensities of the plurality of light emission points and between those of the plurality of wavelength bands, resulting in reduced identification performance. In the present invention, all detection signals of the plurality of wavelength bands from each of the plurality of light emission points are input to a predetermined formula to cancel the spatial crosstalk and spectral crosstalk and derive the concentration of each fluorescent body at each light emission point.
