Abstract:
A drive unit (100) of this analysis device comprises: a cylinder section (52) on one surface of which a mobile mirror (450) is fixed; and a voice coil motor (VCM) (1) that is connected to an opposite surface of the cylinder section (52) and causes the cylinder section (52) to move reciprocally. The VCM (1) includes: a cylindrical yoke (75); magnets (74a, 74b) disposed on two ends of the yoke (75); a fixing section (73) that is cylindrical in shape so as to enclose the yoke (75), and that fixes the yoke (75), which is provided with the magnet (74b), to a base surface; a lid section (76) that is provided with a plurality of windows (77), and that covers an opening surface of the fixing section (73); a mobile section (72a), to which a cylindrical coil disposed between the yoke (75) and the fixing section (73) is fixed; and a plurality of support sections (72b) each having one end fixed to the mobile section (72a) and the other end connected, through one of the windows (77), to the other surface of the cylinder section.
