ANALYSIS METHOD FOR BACTERIUM IDENTIFICATION AND ANTIBIOTIC SENSITIVITY TESTING IN BIOLOGICAL SAMPLE

A method for identifying a bacterium in a biological sample and a method for testing the antibiotic sensitivity of a bacterium in a biological sample. The method comprises the following steps: step (1), centrifugally separating a bacterium in a biological sample; step (2), staining the bacterium obtained in step (1); step (3), fixing the stained bacterium in step (2) by means of electrostatic adsorption; step (4), injecting an extraction solution into a capillary tip, and then extracting a metabolite of a single living bacterium by means of in-situ extraction; and step (5), inserting an electrode into a capillary obtained in step (4), applying a voltage, and performing mass spectrometry. The method does not need to depend on incubation, and the species identification and the antibiotic sensitivity test of a bacterium in a biological sample having an initial bacterial infection can be realized; and has the advantages of being rapid, high sensitivity, non-targeted analysis, etc., and has a good application prospects.
