Abstract:
Provided is an analysis method for mycotoxins, which includes a separation step, a detection step, and an identification step. At the separation step, components included in a liquid sample are separated by a column 3. At the detection step, the components separated at the separation step are detected by a PDA 7 and a fluorescence detector 8. At the identification step, the total of aflatoxins is identified on the basis of a detection signal from the fluorescence detector 8, and deoxynivalenol is identified on the basis of a detection signal from the PDA 7.
