Abstract:
Disclosed is an analysis method of protein disulfide bond pairing. According to a protein molecular structure to be analyzed, peptide fragments suitable for mass spectrometry are generated by enzymolysis of the protein with a specific protease, and thus characterization of disulfide bond linkage can be conformed in a simple, efficient and accurate way. The method is good in repeatability and simple in spectrum interpretation, can confirm the peptide fragments of disulfide bond linkage in protein molecules accurately and comprehensively, and has great suitability for quality monitoring of larger batches in industrial production.
