Abstract:
When analyzing the concentration of a target object in a sample, the size range of reaction sites which can be regarded as having a monodisperse size distribution among multiple reaction sites generated by partitioning a liquid containing the sample and having a polydisperse size distribution is determined, and the numerical quantity or concentration of a target object in the sample is derived on the basis of information relating to reaction sites having a size within the determined range and on the assumption that the sizes included in the range is a single size.
