Abstract:
[Solution] A flight control unit 201 causes one or a plurality of unmanned aerial vehicles 12 to fly along a flight path in a prescribed area. When a wireless device 11 of the unmanned aerial vehicle 12 detects a close-range wireless radio wave of a user terminal 10, a radio wave acquisition unit 202 acquires radio wave information which includes the strength of the radio wave. On the basis of a GPS unit of the unmanned aerial vehicle, an in-flight position acquisition unit 203 acquires, as an in-flight position of the unmanned aerial vehicle 12, GPS position information of the unmanned aerial vehicle 12 when the wireless device 11 has detected the close-range wireless radio wave. On the basis of the radio wave strength of the acquired radio wave information and the acquired in-flight position of the unmanned aerial vehicle 12, a terminal position computation unit 204 computes a location of the user terminal 10 in the area. A user attribute analysis unit 205 positions the computed location of the user terminal 10 within map information which is associated with the area, and on the basis of site feature information which indicates a feature of the positioned site, analyzes user attribute information of the user terminal 10.
