Abstract:
This analyzer chip device is provided with a placement stage (17) for placement of a microchip (14), and a coupling (20) attached to a cover (11) of the microchip (14). The coupling (20) is provided with an electrode (25) of linear form, a sleeve (22) that is provided with a hollow core portion (23) into which are inserted the electrode (25) and an attachment portion (28) attached to the cover (11), and that is furnished on the side surface thereof with an introduction port (26) communicating with the hollow core portion (23), and a holder (21) that is provided with a pipe connection portion (27) to which is connected a pipe (32) for supplying gas to the introduction port (26), and that retains the sleeve (22) in such a way as to enclose the introduction port (26).
