Abstract:
The technical solution relates to the structure of the permanent way for railways and is intended for fastening rails to reinforced-concrete, polymer-concrete or composite supporting means such as, inter alia, sleepers, beams, slabs, blocks, and half sleepers. The technical solution takes the form of a one-piece vertically oriented article consisting of a base and also an upper part and, adjoining same, a lower part, said upper part being in the form of a head having two arms spaced apart along a rail, and said arms being provided with surfaces for interacting with a tension regulator of a rail fastening clip, wherein the arms are configured with flanges for contact with an insulating pad (insulator) of the rail fastening, said article being characterized in that it comprises an additional rectangular-shaped, horizontally oriented flange (supporting surface) disposed between the flanges of the arms.
