Abstract:
Provided is an anchor coat agent that has excellent storage stability and is capable of forming an anchor coat layer having excellent ink jet printability, coating durability, and hiding power. The present invention relates to an anchor coat agent characterized by containing a white pigment, an ionic salt, and an aqueous resin having an acid value of 50 mg KOH/g or less.
