The present invention relates to an anchor-fixing type peritoneal cavity-bladder connection catheter for draining ascites, and enables intraperitoneal ascites to be discharged as urine through the bladder by means of an inlet formed in an abdominal location part and an outlet formed in a bladder location part in a state in which the abdominal location part is guided by means of a cystoscope to penetrate the bladder wall and be positioned in the abdominal cavity and in which the bladder location part, which forms a closed inner space together with the abdominal location part, remains in the bladder, and thus repeated ascites drainage is possible even through a single procedure, and a separate drainage device for ascites drainage is not required, such that mobility difficulties do not arise, and thus high-quality medical services can be provided.
