Abstract:
Disclosed are an anchorage device with anchoring force graded early warning and reciprocating flexible deformation yielding characteristics, and a method therefor. The anchorage device mainly comprises a yielding main body (1), a primary early warning ring (2), a secondary early warning ring (3), and a hydraulic oil cylinder (4), wherein hydraulic oil can flow between the yielding main body (1) and the hydraulic oil cylinder (4) under the linkage effect between the yielding main body (1) and the hydraulic oil cylinder (4) and under the control of a specific working condition, and the interior of the yielding main body (1) is composed of an upper yielding ring (1-1) and a lower yielding ring (1-2), which are capable of moving up and down, such that a hydraulic oil changing space is provided between the upper yielding ring and the lower yielding ring. The change in the height of the yielding main body (1) may be thus achieved, the flexible deformation yielding characteristic is achieved by means of the change in height, and the characteristic may be accordingly adjusted according to different stresses of an anchor rod anchoring system, thereby having a reciprocation characteristic. The stability and bearing capacity of the whole anchoring system may be pre-determined by means of the primary early warning ring (2) and the secondary early warning ring (3), such that a response mechanism is established. The anchorage device has the anchoring force graded early warning characteristic and the flexible deformation yielding characteristic, and is low cost.
