Abstract:
An anchoring method employing multiple anchor bolts to simultaneously inject specific quantities of grout comprises the following steps: performing on-site measurement on rocks surrounding a roadway to obtain a grout penetration radius, an effective pressurized grouting length, an injected-grout pore fill rate and a formation porosity, and performing, according to a formula, calculation to obtain a single-hole grout volume; installing a first-level flow splitter (7) at a main pipe (6) of a grout pump (5) to preliminarily split a grout flow, connecting the same to a first-level branch pipe (8), and further connecting a second-level flow splitter (9) to further split the grout flow, wherein connection to third-level and fourth-level flow splitters can be sequentially achieved to realize simultaneous injection of grout; and installing flow meters (11) at openings of grouting pipes to control grouting volumes, thereby realizing injection of specific quantities of grout.
