Disclosed is an angle-adjustable electric vehicle backrest, comprising a main support (1), a backrest (2), a backrest supporting rod (3), a first connecting rod (4), a second connecting rod (5) and a locking mechanism (7), wherein the main support (1) comprises a left main support (L1) and a right main support (R1), and each main support is an L-shaped support comprising an upper section support and a lower section support; two ends of the second connecting rod (5) are arranged between the left main support and the right main support in a penetrating manner and can slide along the main support (1); a lower end of the first connecting rod (4) is rotatably connected to the second connecting rod (5), and an upper end thereof is rotatably connected to a rear end of the backrest supporting rod (3); a front end of the backrest supporting rod (3) is fixedly connected to the backrest (2); and a pin shaft (6) is arranged between the upper section support of the left main support (L1) and the upper section support of the right main support (R1), and a lower end of the backrest is rotatably connected to the pin shaft (6). When the backrest is to be used, the angle-adjustable electric vehicle backrest can be adjusted as preferred to be vertical or other inclined angles.
