An angle adjustment massaging device includes a massager (2), its fixation device and a base. Angle adjustment devices (4, 10) are provided and connected between the fixation device for the massager and the base. A bottom is also included in the massaging device, and angle adjustment devices (6, 11) are provided and connected between the bottom and the base. The angle of the fixation device for the massager respective to the base, or the angle of the base respective to the bottom can be adjusted by a forward or backward manual operation, that is, the angle and position of the massaging portion of the device respective to the other portions can be changed. A cushion product or a chair product can be obtained by covering the structural frame of the angle adjustment massaging device with an outer covering or a soft material and an outer covering. The product increases angle changing manners of the massaging device, enhances the massaging intensity and changes the massaging location greatly.
