Abstract:
This angle adjustment tool (10, etc.) is equipped with: a movement space (23, etc.) provided along the outer perimeter of a gear part (24, etc.) on an outer side thereof in the axial-center radial direction, the gear part (24, etc.) being configured to rotate around the axial center; and a floating wedge member (18, etc.) provided in the movement space (23, etc.) and having a tooth surface (18a, etc.) capable of meshing with the gear part (24, etc.) and an abutment surface (18c, etc.) capable of abutting against/separating from an edge portion of the movement space (23, etc.) on the opposite side from the gear part (24, etc.) in the radial direction. By maintaining a state in which the abutment surface (18c, etc.) is in abutment with the edge portion of the movement space (23, etc.) and the tooth surface (18a, etc.) is meshing with the gear part (24, etc.), the floating wedge member (18, etc.) locks rotation of the gear part (24, etc.) in one direction around the axial center, and when the abutting force from the abutment surface (18a, etc.) reaches or exceeds a prescribed amount, the movement space (23, etc.) expands radially outward due to elastic force exerted from an elastic means (14, etc.), whereby the locked state is released. In this way, damage due to an excessive load can be prevented in the present invention.
