Abstract:
The present invention relates to an angle compensation method and system for a permanent magnet synchronous motor controller. Firstly, a compensation time is obtained by subtracting a sampling time from a time of a PWM half cycle; then, a rotor angle at a switching time when a current PWM half cycle is switched to a next PWM half cycle is calculated according to a current rotor angle at the end of ADC sampling, a current rotating speed of a motor, and the compensation time; and finally, a duty ratio instruction value of the next PWM half cycle is calculated according to the rotor angle at the switching time and ADC sampling current. In the present invention, the ADC sampling time is considered, and the duty ratio instruction value required by the next PWM half cycle is calculated by subtracting the ADC sampling time from the time of the PWM half cycle, so that position information in a control instruction given to an inverter unit is a current actual position instead of a position collected in the previous PWM half cycle, thereby improving position precision of the motor and ensuring precision of the motor torque.
