Title:
ANGLE-SENSITIVE VARIABLE OPTICAL FILTER USING TRANSMISSION SPECTRUM MODULATION BY COMPLEMENTARY COUPLING OF NANOHOLE ARRAYS AND NANODISC ARRAYS, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/186554
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an angle-sensitive variable optical filter using transmission spectrum modulation by complementary coupling of nanohole arrays and nanodisc arrays, and a method for manufacturing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to an optical filter configured to transmit light of a specific wavelength so as to be used in multi spectral imaging, wherein the optical filter can easily and precisely control the wavelength to be transmitted; and a method for manufacturing the same.
