Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of pharmaceutical crystal chemistry, and relates in particular to anhydrous polymorphs of an androgen receptor antagonist, a preparation method therefor, and a use thereof. In particular, the present invention provides four anhydrous polymorphs of a compound represented by formula I (having crystal forms A, B, C and D, respectively), a method for preparing each of said anhydrous polymorphs, pharmaceutical compositions comprising said anhydrous polymorphs, and uses thereof in the prevention, alleviation and/or treatment of diseases or disorders related to androgen receptor activity.
