The present invention is provided with an individual specification unit (134) for specifying an animal that has entered an animal toilet (1), on the basis of the weight measured when a pet is inside the animal toilet (1), and/or identification information indicated by a signal transmitted from a transmission device attached to the pet, the signal having a strength at a threshold value or greater in the prescribed area.
