Abstract:
An anionic polypeptide carboxylated bio-nano-magnetic bead, formed by fusion expression of an anionic polypeptide polymer linked to a membrane protein of the bio-nano-magnetic bead via a flexible linker. The amino acid residue of the flexible linker is GCVA(DLGGV)2GVC(GA)3MADEGAG, which displays a specific anionic polypeptide structure on the surface of the bio-nano-magnetic beads. The number of provided functional groups, which serve as modification sites, is large. The number of binding antibodies is also high. The magnetic beads have good biological activity, higher specificity, and good practicability.
