Abstract:
An anisotropic conductive connector which positively ensures a required electrical connection to each of electrodes regardless of an electrode pattern, positively ensures a required electrical connection to each of electrodes even if electrodes are disposed at fine pitches and a high density, and can be produced at low costs, and a production method therefore; and an adaptor device and an electric inspection device for a circuit device that are provided with this connector. The anisotropic conductive connector is obtained by laser-processing a conductive elastomer layer comprising conductive particles dispersed, while being oriented in a thickness direction, in an elastic polymer material supported on a releasing type support plate to form a plurality of conductive line forming units, by allowing each of conductive line forming units formed on the releasing type support plate to impregnate into an insulating unit-use material layer consisting of liquid polymer substance forming material that is formed so as to close the opening of a frame plate and is turned into an elastic polymer substance when cured, and by curing the insulating unit-use material layer to form an insulating unit.
