Abstract:
This anisotropic conductive connector (20) has one end part among both end parts of a conductive part for connection (23) connected to one circuit of two circuits to be connected, and the other end part thereof connected to the other circuit. Hot swapping is carried out between the other end part of the conductive part for connection (23) and the other circuit. The average diameters of first conductive particles (21) which are positioned at the both end parts of the conductive part for connection (23) are 30µm or more. The average diameters of second conductive particles (22) which are positioned between the both end parts of the conductive part for connection (23) are smaller than the average diameters of the first conductive particles (21). According to this anisotropic conductive connector (20), by making the diameter large for at least conductive particles, among the conductive particles which form the conductive part for connection, which are on the side which makes contact with a metallic electrode, heat emission when an inrush current occurs is reduced, and electrical continuity can be ensured even with repeated hot swapping.
