Abstract:
The present invention relates to an anisotropic conductive film, a display panel and a display panel manufacturing method. The anisotropic conductive film comprises conductive particles, the conductive particles comprise a covalent organic framework material, and the covalent organic framework material comprises PyVg-COF. The display panel comprises a first substrate, a second substrate and the anisotropic conductive film. The display panel manufacturing method comprises the steps: providing a first substrate; coating an anisotropic conductive film; aligning a second substrate with the first substrate; and bonding the first substrate and the second substrate. In the present invention, conductive particles of a covalent organic framework material replace the existing gold ball to serve as an anisotropic conductive film for bonding, saving on manufacturing costs of the gold ball, while improving the conductivity and water resistance, thereby preventing a bonding contact point from being oxidized.
