Title:
ANISOTROPIC CONDUCTIVE FILM AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2011/152421
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed are an anisotropic conductive film, which may be easily manufactured even when conductive particles are arranged in a single layer, and wherein the arrangement of the conductive particles is not disrupted during bonding; and a method of manufacturing same. An anisotropic conductive film (5) is configured from a first layer (51), which includes a binding component and does not include conductive particles; and a second layer (52), which includes a binding component and conductive particles. In the second layer (52), the conductive particles are roughly linearly arrayed by rolling, and the binding component included in the second layer (52) is in a semi-hardened state. The binding component included in the second layer (52) may be, as an example, a heat-curable resin or an ultraviolet-curable resin.
