Abstract:
Provided is an anisotropic conductive film which can be produced without requiring a complicated process control.
This anisotropic conductive film (1) is provided with: a porous structure (21) that is formed of an anodized metal film having a plurality of through holes (21H); and conductors (22) that are selectively formed within some of the plurality of through holes (21H). This anisotropic conductive film (1) is provided, on one surface (21S) of the porous structure (21), with: a first conductive film (31) that covers the openings of the through holes (21H), within which the conductors (22) are formed, and that is capable of forming a plating on the material of the conductors (22); and a second conductive film (32) that is formed to be continued to the first conductive film (31) and to cover the openings of the through holes (21H), within which the conductors (22) are not formed, and that is poor at forming a plating on the material of the conductors (22).
