Abstract:
This anisotropic conductive film can be used as a standard-compliant product even when there is a gap (2X) in a predetermined alignment arrangement of conductive particles (2) as long as problems with an anisotropic conductive connection do not occur. The anisotropic conductive film has a length of 5 m or more, and has a regular arrangement region in which the conductive particles (2) are arranged in a regular manner in an insulating resin binder (3). A standard-compliant region in which the conductive particles are continuous and there are no locations (2Y) where a predetermined number or more of conductive particles are missing is present within the regular arrangement region, said standard-compliant region having a predetermined width in the short-side direction of the anisotropic conductive film and a predetermined or longer length in the lengthwise direction of the anisotropic conductive film.
