Abstract:
A process margin can be improved, and high connection reliability can be achieved. Disclosed is an anisotropic conductive material comprising an adhesive agent composition and electrically conductive particles dispersed in the adhesive agent composition, wherein the adhesive agent composition comprises a film-forming resin, an ethylene-(vinyl acetate) copolymer resin, a radically polymerizable resin and a radical polymerization initiator, and wherein the ethylene-(vinyl acetate) copolymer resin to be used has a melt flow rate of 400 g/10 min or more.
