Abstract:
A heat resistant and cold resistant anisotropic conductive sheet (8) suitable
for connection of an electrode. The anisotropic conductive sheet comprises
an electrically insulating film of synthetic resin exhibiting conductivity
in the thickness direction as a basic film (1). The basic film has a plurality of
cavities (3) formed in the thickness direction wherein the cavity is opened in
the direction of one major surface of the basic film and closed in the direction
of the other major surface. A metal is adhering to the closed portion (2a) and the
inner wall (2b) of the cavity and when an electrode (7) is touched externally to
the closed portion (2a) of the cavity, the cavity opening major surface and the
touching electrode (7) are conducted electrically through the adhering metal.
