Abstract:
An anisotropic conductive sheet for electrically connecting a testing device and a device to be tested, the anisotropic conductive sheet being equipped with an anisotropic conductive part having an insulating layer which has a through-hole passing therethrough in the thickness direction, and also having a conductor positioned in the through-hole, wherein the peripheral lateral surface of the through-hole and one surface of the conductor in the thickness direction demarcate a first recess.
