Abstract:
In the present invention, an anisotropic electroconductive film (1A, 1B) includes: an insulating adhesive layer (10); and electroconductive particles (P) that are arranged on the insulating adhesive layer (10) in a grid pattern. With regard to center-to-center distances between an arbitrary electroconductive particle (P0) and adjacent electroconductive particles to said electroconductive particle (P0), when the shortest distance from electroconductive particle (P0) is referred to as a first center-to-center distance (d1), and the next shortest distance is referred to as a second center-to-center distance (d2), the center-to-center distances (d1, d2) are respectively 1.5-5 times as large as the particle size of the electroconductive particles, and in an acute triangle that is formed by the arbitrary electroconductive particle (P0), an electroconductive particle (P1) that is located at the first center-to-center distance from said electroconductive particle (P0), and an electroconductive particle (P2) that is located at the first center-to-center distance (d1) or at the second center-to-center distance (d2) from said electroconductive particle (P0), an acute angle (α) formed by a straight line (L0) that is orthogonal to a first arrangement direction (L1) that passes through electroconductive particles (P0, P1) and a second arrangement direction (L2) that passes through electroconductive particles (P1, P2) is 18-35 degrees. This anisotropic electroconductive film (1A, 1B) exhibits stable connection reliability also when used for chip-on-glass (COG) applications.
