Abstract:
An anisotropic electroconductive film for which electrically conductive particles 1 are placed in an insulative resin layer 2, wherein the electrically conductive particles are placed in said film so that a first oblique lattice region 11 and a second oblique lattice region 12 are placed in a repeating manner. In the first oblique lattice region 11, a plurality of electrically conductive particle arrangement axes a1 in which the electrically conductive particles 1 are placed along an a direction at a prescribed pitch are arranged in a b direction diagonally crossing the a direction at angle α. In the second oblique lattice region 12, a plurality of electrically conductive particle arrangement axes a2 in which the electrically conductive particles 1 are placed along the a direction at a prescribed pitch are arrayed in a c direction, for which the b direction is inverted with respect to the a direction. As a consequence, regardless of the shape of the terminal arrangement or the material of the electronic component, electrically conductive particles are sandwiched by each terminal, ensuring an excellent electrically conductive state, and preventing any incidence of shorting.
