Abstract:
An ankle exercising device, comprising a support assembly (10) and a sliding assembly (20), wherein the support assembly (10) comprises a base (11), a connection plate (12),a first pedal plate (13), and a fixing part (14); the connection plate (12) is provided on an upper surface of the base (11), and is fixedly connected to the base (11); the first pedal plate (13) is provided on an inner side wall of the connection plate (12), and is fixedly connected to the connection plate (12); by sliding a second pedal plate (21), a user can adjust the pedal plate according to the size of a foot sole, a spring is fixed to the second pedal plate (21); sliding parts (24) are made of soft plastic; sliding chutes are formed in the inner side walls of the two sliding parts (24); a bolt passes through the two sliding chutes, and can slide in the sliding chutes; by rotating a nut, the sliding parts on two sides are inwards compressed, and then the effect of fixing support parts and mounting blocks (23) is achieved, so as to facilitate the user to place the foot sole at the suitable position for exercising the ankle, and achieving an ideal exercising effect; and a wear-resistant layer coats the surface of the sliding assembly (20), so that the surface wear can be greatly reduced, and the service life of the device is prolonged.
