Abstract:
An annular detachable rubber probe backup shoe, comprising: a machine body (10), which is cylindrical and internally provided with a high-pressure output oil path (11) and a high-pressure shrinkage oil path (12); a backup arm, which comprises a plurality of polar plates (20) symmetrically distributed on the outer circumference of the machine body (10), each polar plate (20) being movably installed on the machine body (10) by means of a piston rod (30) perpendicular to the machine body (10), a piston cavity (13) for accommodating the piston rod (30) being provided on the machine body (10), and the piston cavity (13) being separately communicated with the high-pressure output oil path (11) and the high-pressure shrinkage oil path (12); and sampling pipes (40), one end of each sampling pipe (40) being connected to the polar plate (20), and the other end of the sampling pipe (40) being communicated with a sampling channel in the machine body (10) through a sampling cavity (41) in the machine body (10). The backup shoe directly pushes, by means of high-pressure hydraulic oil, the piston rod (30) to make contact with a well wall (50) in a direction perpendicular to the well wall (50), so that the pressure of the high-pressure hydraulic oil in the high-pressure output oil path (11) is directly and uniformly shared by all the polar plates (20) and exerted on the well wall (50), no interference force is generated, a supporting push force can be greatly improved, thus the backup shoe stably stays in the supporting position, and a better sampling effect is achieved.
