More particularly, the present invention relates to an anode active material, an anode comprising same, and a lithium secondary battery comprising the anode, characterized in that as the kind and amount of carbon for coating a surface of an artificial graphite active material are adjusted, changes in the structure and total internal pore volume of an electrode can be minimized during electrode rolling.
